Delivery terms and conditions

HILFA delivers standard components daily to different countries and continents. We work according to NL09 and Orgalime S2000. 
If you do not find what you are looking for then just ask.

General delivery terms: Contact info@hilfa.se and they will help you with further information.

Delivery method: Unless otherwise agreed, we choose the most suitable transportation method, carrier, and charge the shipping.

HILFA EXPRESS: When ordering stocked items before 13.30 Swedish time, we send the shipment the same day. Final delivery time is determined by delivery address/final destination.

Administrative fees: The total product order value must exceed SEK 500 otherwise an administrative fee of SEK 150 will be charged.

Returns: Approved returns by us will be credited. However, a handling cost of at least SEK 100 will be deducted.
