HILFA
HILFA was founded in 1965 and is a Swedish, leading manufacturer of standard components and individual solutions.
We offer products such as knobs, levers, handles, adjustable feet, and cover plugs. Our wide standard range contains more than 300 main products with a total of 7000 different variants.
Our head office is located in Hillerstorp, Sweden, with product development, production, warehousing and packaging of all our products.
The production
At HILFA, we have more than 50 years of experience with injection molding. Our machinery consists of injection molding machines from Engel and Arburg.
Several of the machines are equipped with portal robots and ABB robots to automate the injection of metal parts.
At Hilfa, our climate footprint is important, which is why we manufacture a big part of our standard range in recycled or bio-produced plastic and we work continuously to replace the parts that are not.
We have a central material system that supplies the machines with material and mills that reuse the material at each machine.
In addition to our injection molding machines, we also have machines for hot stamping and tampo print to print texts and symbols on plastic details.
